From the Archives: The Life and Poetry of Langston Hughes.
Biographer Arnold Rampersad is professor of Literature at Princeton. His two-volume biography of writer Langston Hughes was praised by critics as one of the best biographies of a black American writer. Rampersad also is the author of a biography of Richard Wright and co-author of tennis star Arthur Ashe's memoir, "Days of Grace. There's a new paperback edition of "The Collected Poems of Langston Hughes" edited by Rampersad and David Roessel (Vintage Classics).
